Job Title – Associate Director - Director, Discovery and Preclinical Services (CRO) SME

Work Location – Work From Home – West Coast (Bay area preferred)

Responsibilities:

Hands on experience on antibody drug discovery. Leading 3 or more antibody campaigns or 10 year experience with In depth knowledge on various discovery platforms. In vivo pharmacology and In vitro assay development a plus.
In depth knowledge and hands on experience on antibody drug discovery and in vivo pharmacology. In vitro assay development a plus.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and matrix structure
Experience leading project is a plus

Qualifications:

Heavily involved in project-related discussion with clients and facilitate timely and effective communication with WuXi Biologics technical team to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Create and maintain healthy customer network for long term business growth
Working with marketing teams for marketing strategies and organize sales/marketing events

EDUCATION

Doctor degree in biology or related field, or equivalent of experience

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:

Skills in MS PowerPoint /poster design is a plus
Skills in MS Project is a plus
