As Engineering Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for Master Data management for Engineering Systems. Responsibilities will involve working with Project Handover teams, Area Owners and Engineering to obtain, assess and accurately input all required Data.

In this role you’ll be reporting to the Plant Engineering Associate Director

Your Responsibilities

Management of data entry and compliance for Engineering Systems.
Responsible for running standard reports and metrics to optimise performance of the systems and work closely with the engineering team to develop metrics and associated KPIs. 
Work closely with site personnel to extract and provide data on demand. 
Co-ordinate and develop procedures and controls around the use of the systems.
Develop process maps to outline the relevant procedures for adding, changing and decommissioning of system entries.
Create change management processes for introducing and making changes to systems. 
Create ongoing Training Programs that will act as a reference guide for all users of the systems and deliver training as required.
Identify and implement Continuous Improvement projects for the systems.
Perform all duties in accordance with GMP requirements, SOPs and controlled documents.
Will be flexible to take on additional tasks and responsibilities at the discretion of the Plant Engineering Associate Director.
Will act as a role model for the Engineering function and the wider organisation in adherence to the WuXi corporate core values and PROUD culture.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate for this position, will have the following:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Engineering, Pharmaceutical or similar industry.
Experience in using computerized asset management systems is an advantage
Ability and willingness to provide assistance to others when required and will be required to deliver application training to groups of system users.
Knowledge of and experience with Engineering Systems is desirable

Education:

Third level qualification is desirable
