About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support the full cycle of Talent Acquisition while gaining exposure to broader HR functions. You'll work closely with HR professionals and Hiring Managers to help attract top talent and contribute to strategic people initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Support the scheduling of interviews and candidate communications
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) accuracy and reporting
  • Help prepare job descriptions and postings
  • Participate in recruitment strategy sessions and HR meetings
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks such as file management, compliance tracking, and communications
  • Contribute to employer branding and internship program development initiatives
  • Perform other HR-related tasks and special projects as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Interest in recruitment and talent strategy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with LinkedIn or an ATS is a plus
