Job Summary - Clinical Supply Services Associate is responsible for planning, labeling, packaging, and distributing clinical trial materials, ensuring compliance with regulations and GMP standards. Key responsibilities include managing the CSS depot, maintaining inventory, working with vendors, and collaborating with other departments to meet project timelines.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supply information to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute clinical supply plan and distribution strategy
Communicate with external service providers on project requirements
Work with I/E team to ensure the investigational drug product is cleared through custom and delivered to the depot
Organize Packaging and Labeling of investigational drug product
Monitor inventory levels at depots through the life of a trial
Manage inventories at the depot and ensure on-time delivery to the destination that designated by the client
Collaborate with cross functional groups and external groups to facilitate the return of investigational drug product
Escalate issues to management as applicable
Create and manage quality records/documents as required
Lead clinical supply project after training and under supervision
Obtain experience in end to end clinical supply management and data management using IRT system

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
0-2 year experience in clinical trial projects and operations, CSS related projects, material management, and/or life science industry
Read, write and speak fluent English
Speaking Mandarin a plus
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
Ability to work in ambiguity and develop solutions
