Job Title - Senior Director and above level, Key Account Large Pharma, North America 

Work Location - Work from home/Remote

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Focus on driving commercial launch, and commercial manufacturing into WuXi Biologics global manufacturing assets
  • A key leader and influencer in the Business Development organization
  • Managing and cross selling into large pharma key accounts
  • Mapping out all service touch points and driving revenue across our value chain to expand the Key Account business for WuXi Biologics
  • All services and modalities need to be managed with expert CMC and BU heads aligned for optimum value add with the large pharma key accounts
  • Responsible for providing strong cross functional leadership within the Global Business Development team, aligning and working with local BD across regions
  • Works closely with the WuXi Biologics leadership team and operations to develop the right strategies and tactics to meet the contract targets for the Global Business Development team
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the customer relationship management, including regional dashboards, metrics and KPIs to measure performance against
  • Reports into VP and Head of North America BD.

 

 

Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years experience of dealing with large pharma and commercial contract negotiations.
  • Established network in North America for large pharma accounts and key decision makers
  • At least 10 years of successful sales and territory management experience within the CMO / CRO space.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong gravitas and relationship building skills
  • Listening and empathy demonstrated
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated success at managing multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to exhibit effective interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English, written or verbal.
  • Valid Passport and the ability to travel 50% of the time

 

 

 

The anticipated pay range for this role is 135,000 - $220,000
