WuXi Biologics Training Center provides employees in-depth training to new and current employees including not only job specific training but also promoting a broad understanding of biologics and vaccines discovery, development, manufacturing, and testing concepts, as well as industry best practices. Our comprehensive training system helps ensure timely and right-the-first-time execution of projects while incorporating all the essential tools to enable our employees to grow and develop in their careers.

Product safety and quality related training is provided to all employees as part of their onboarding and annual training, ensuring all employees understand that the company adheres to the most stringent standards to deliver highest-quality biologics to clients. More specialized in-depth training programs and exams on product safety and quality are provided to employees involved in manufacturing and R&D to ensure they comply with standard requirements during operations. Our training on quality assurance includes, but is not limited to, laws and regulations related to quality, WuXi Biologics’ internal quality control requirements, standard operating procedures, etc.
