Impact of Injection Stress and Collection Methods on Drug Quality of Autoinjector
Siqi Ling,Wei Chen, Yueming Sun, Duoduo Zhang, Shuying Ji*, Jeremy Guo*

Autoinjectors improve precision and ease of drug delivery, with pre-filled syringes (PFS) as the common primary container. Demonstrating equivalence between PFS and autoinjector-delivered products is critical for quality and compliance. During injection, drug solutions may encounter mechanical, thermal, and interfacial stresses that could affect stability. A key concern is silicone oil migration, as most PFS barrels are coated to ensure smooth plunger movement. Understanding these stress factors is essential to maintaining product quality and ensuring robust autoinjector performance.
