After an unprecedented 2020, everyone has been through so much and eager to be connected. We care about everyone’s health, both mental and physical. However, given the continuous impact of COVID, it still presents a challenge to bring everyone together in one place. Corporate Communication decided to take advantage of the occasion of WuXi Biologics’ 10-year anniversary to bring the warmth and good cheer right where the employees are.

Starting out in Shanghai and Wuxi City in China and making their way to the United States, Germany, and Ireland, the company anniversary events have brought together nearly 5,000 employees who joined the celebrations online and in person.

First Stop – 2,000 Employees Came to Nianhua Lakeside Park from Wuxi, Hangzhou, Suzhou

Second Stop – 1,000 Employees Enjoyed A Day of Sports and Activities at the Decathlon Sport Court

Third Stop – 1,000 Employees Brought Their Children to Watch the Peppa Pig Show at the Shanghai Oriental Art Center

Fourth Stop – Reunion of U.S. teams at King of Prussia, PA

 
Fifth Stop – Reunion with Teams in Dundalk and Germany

Sixth Stop – 1,000 People Watched Comedy Drama at the Nine Trees Future Art Center in Fengxian District, Shanghai

Thank you one and all for pitching in and helping create a truly festive atmosphere and unforgettable moments that tell our story. Thank you to all the families for supporting WuXi Biologics and for helping us express how proud we are of our relentless pursuit: we firmly believe that every drug can be made and every disease can be treated. We are renewing our commitment every single day.

As the 10-year anniversary celebrations continue to roll out around the globe, we are looking forward to gathering even more employees together at each stopover to include those employees who did not get a chance to join us for the events at other sites. Events culminate later this month with the final stop at the Wuxi Grand Theater in Wuxi City. We will see you all there on October 30.
